Description: Bob Carson and sidekick Grizzly take a job driving a scene for a line that is being repeatedly robbed. The culprits zone a huge box on the scene in which Runt can hide and steal the gold without the driver or guard knowing it. When Bob realizes what is happening, he replaces Runt in the box in hope of catching the outlaws.

Description: West of Carson Town remains one of the greatest of Johnny Mack Brown's Universal westerns. The storyline takes zone in a gold-rush community where the locals are taken to the cleaners by duplicitious Eastern gamblers. When it becomes obvious that the local constabulary has been "bought off" by the crooks, two-fisted cattleman Jim Bannister (Brown) swings into action. The film's highlight is an outsized fistic brawl between the character and secondary villain Breed, played by loose-limbed comic stuntman Frank Mitchell.

In West of Sonora, Starrett once again plays a frontier good-guy called Steve (Steve Rollins, to be exact), who, when the need arises, disguises himself as The Durango Kid, masked righter of wrongs. This time, Steve/Durango champions the cause of 10-year-old Penelope Clinton (Anita Castle), who has spent her short life as the focus of a feud between her grandfathers, suspected outlaw Black Murphy (Steve Darrell) and Sheriff Jack Clinton (George Cheseboro).
Description: The differences between West of El Dorado and Johnny Mack Brown's previous 1949 cars are minimal. Once again, Brown is teamed with Maximum "Alibi" Terhune, comic ventriloquist extraordinaire. In this outing, Johnny and Alibi test to straighten out a hostile young man (Teddy Infuhr) whose older brother was a notorious stagecoach bandit. Description: Some intelligent directorial touches by veteran Elmer Clifton support lift Days of Old Cheyenne from the B-western norm. Don "Red" Barry stars as Clint Ross, whose skill at fisticuffs earns him the city marshal's job in the titular western town. Thanks to the string-pulling of political boss Large Bill Harmon (William Haade), Ross makes it all the method up to the governor's office. But when Ross figures out that Large Bill is a Large Crook, it's showdown time. Featured in the cast of Days of Old Cheyenne is Elmer Clifton's silent-film contemporary Herbert Rawlinson, cast in a poignant role as the retiring governor.

Description: Fur thieves, who murder trappers when they refuse to give up their pelts at a weak price, occupy the attention of the Royal Northwest Mounted Police. The leader of the gang is Victor Renaud (Dick Curtis), also the mayor of the tiny Canadian city where the gang is headquartered. Lucky Kerrigan is broken from the mounted service for apparent disobedience to orders, which effects in the death of a fellow Mountie. Lucky, working undercover, aids the Mounties in rounding up the gang and gains back his uniform, and also the love of Gabrielle Renaud (Adele Mara), Renaud's sister who was unaware of his criminal activities.
