Description: While touring in help of his 2008 album «Harps and Angels», Randy Newman performed a unique concert at London's intimate LSO St. Luke's, an 18th-century Anglican church that has been restored by the London Symphony Orchestra for test in its community and melody education programs. He was accompanied by the BBC Concert Orchestra, conducted by Robert Ziegler, and the tool was televised by the BBC. The 22-song London set details songs from throughout Newman's four-decade long career.
Description: This was the first of two one-hour musical specials which were part of CBS' 1968 multi-million-dollar contract with Doris Day's production company, a contract that Day insists to this day was negotiated by her husband and manager Martin Melcher without her knowledge. When Melcher died suddenly in April 1968, Day chose to go ahead and honour the contract, appearing in both specials as well as starring in her eponymous sitcom for five seasons, from 1968-1973.

Description: The Light in the Piazza is a musical with a ebook by Craig Lucas and melody and lyrics by Adam Guettel.
