Description: In the first of the six movies Bob Steele made in PRC's "Billy the Kid" series, gun law guidelines in Lincoln County, Fresh Mexico in 1972, where Sam Daly and Pete Morgan operate a general store. Daly expects to be elected sheriff and he and Morgan intend to bring off a final large coup and then disappear. To further their plans, they have local ranchers such as the Bennett brothers killed. Billy Bonney and his mates Fuzzy Jones and Jeff Travis, driving a cattle herd and mates of the Bennetts,engage in a gun war with the assassins that frightens the scene horses. Billy gives chase and rescues Judge Fitzgerald and his daughter Molly. The judge has been sent by Washington's Department of Justice to take over the law enforcement in Lincoln County, but is murdered by the Daly/Morgan henchman. Sheriff Long deputizes Billy and his mates to bring in the killers, but Daly is elected sheriff, and promptly brands Billy, Jeff and Fuzzy as outlaws. Description: After the bandit Jim Stokes robs the scene he is wounded fleeing. Recuperating at a ranch, he falls in love with and marries the daughter. Actually wishing to go straight he tries to return the cash but is recognized and captured. When the Sheriff then loses the recovered cash at a crooked roulette table, he and Stokes strike a bargain.
Description: Billy the Child (Buster Crabbe) and Fuzzy Jones (Al St. John) are on their method out of Arizona being chased by some riders who hope to money in on the reward cash for their capture. They are warned in time by Ed Dawson (Hansel Warner), but Ed is wounded in the getaway. They receive a doctor (John Elliott) to attend to Ed. The latter says them there is a range fight in progress across the border and that he is looking for boys to support create a cattle drive to the rail junction. Agreeing to help, they head for the Dawson ranch and run across a Dawson boy who has been killed from ambush. Mary Dawson (Frances Gladwin), Ed's sister, thinks they did it but they convince her of their innocence. The news of the killing causes ranch foreman Brandon (Charles King), secretly working for the rustlers, to test and receive the rest of the Dawson hands to quit, but Billy intercedes and agrees to take the cattle through for Sam Dawson (Ed Cassidy)...

Description: Globe Fight II is raging and the manpower shortage has hit the range since each able-bodied cowboy of military age is off fighting for Uncle Sam. John Paul Revere, Unique State Investigator, arrives, and upon meeting Mathews' daughter, Betty, gets the concept of recruiting the hard-riding daughters of the district into the WAPS, an organization which will be to the cattle country what the WACS and WAVES are to the Units and Navy. He trains them in military procedure and provides them with radio sending-and-receiving sets. Johnny's sidekick, Frog Millhouse, finds himself the possessor of a "walkie-talkie" which he considers just a "doo-dad" at first, but which is instrumental in the end, in supporting Johnny and the WAPS trap the gang of rustlers in their hideout.

The terrible guys are after the Stockton estate and plan to kidnap Helen Stockton, the basic heir, and replace her with a stooge. When the henchmen catch her she is with Billy and Fuzzy so they kidnap them also. But the three escape and Billy then heads out to search the culprits.
Description: Jim Harvey is hired to guard a tiny wagon train as it makes its method west. The train is attacked by Indians and Harvey, hoping to persuade Aguila, the chief, to call off the attack due to Harvey's having saved his son's life, leaves the train to negotiate. He is captured and the rest of the train is wiped out except for two sisters. Escaping and showing up in city later, Harvey is nearly hanged as a deserter, but gets away. Eventually caught by the sheriff and his posse, they are attacked by Indians. This time the Indians are defeated and Aguila, captured and dying, reveals the identity of the white boy who engineered the initial attack on the wagon train, just as the perpetrator rides up behind them.

En route they meet Doc and his assistant Helen Ellis and Ben's ruse is exposed. Bartlett kills Ben and forces Doc to drive him to the railroad. Gene, in a war atop a runaway train, captures Bartlett.
