Description: This is not your average concert DVD that most artists place out with a single concert recorded place on a tape with maybe a several extras if you're lucky – then again Michael Bublé is not your average packaged and seemingly excellent pop singer. Instead this is an interesting look at Michael Bublé's first globe tour, at the crazy antics of him and the band(mostly Bublé) and the genuine love they all share for Jazz music. The method it is shot is sometimes annoying, especially the hand-held camera items which is sometimes grainy and out of focus. And the various concerts that have been place together deny the viewer an current concept of what an individual concert is like. This is the most honest DVD of a melody singer I have seen, it is not glitzy or hokey, there are no managers and publicity folks lurking off camera to create sure that everything looks and sounds the method it should, instead it is a sometimes over-exuberant, everytime funny look at Michael Bublé's tour.

Description: At the heart of "Dreaming in America" is Lucero's storyline about that nice thing, too often overlooked: a blue-collar rock group's struggle to survive. As the melody industry has exploded over the past several decades and the ability to "move units" has become the defining calculus of the business, it's an incredibly emotional experience to see a band who does it because they have to, because their lives depend on it, and because they love it. There are hundreds of such bands criss-crossing the country at any given moment. This is a movie about one of them-a band on the edge of greatness, working to break through. In a satisfied bit of rock kismet, "Dreaming in America's" cameras started rolling just as Lucero was breaking from its indie rock past and considering the treacherous leap to a major label deal unlike anything seen by the industry before. At that point, the band was between labels and, though it had sold north of 20,000 records.
