The movie concludes with tourists outside the Sunshine, hearing from Seth Kamil of Large Onion Walking Tours.

Once again it comes down to the trouble of tax, or in Zambia's case, tax avoidance and the test of tax havens. Tax avoidance by corporations costs terrible countries and estimated $160 billion a year, almost double what they obtain in international aid. That's enough to save the lives of 350,000 kids aged five or under each year. For each $1 given in aid to a terrible country, $10 drains out. Vital cash that should support a terrible country pay for healthcare, schools, pensions and infrastructure. Cash that would create them less reliant on aid.
