Description: While travelling along a woodland highway, Woody's vehicle runs out of gas. He intends to receive some more by siphoning some from a nearby car, not realizing the vehicle belongs to policeman Wally Walrus who instantly chases the bird. Woody temporarily eludes Wally by disguising himself as a gas station attendant who fills Wally's vehicle to the brim with water! When Woody's disguise is uncovered, the two duel with grease guns.
Description: Jealous of all the high-class dogs in their fine coats, a tiny Mexican hairless pooch borrows one, not realizing it's a skunk's pelt. Once she has it on, she finds everyone fleeing from her, except for the amorous Pepe Le Pew.
Description: Woody is shooting pool at a farm house when one of his pool balls rolls into a nearby henhouse. He takes the ball back but gotta war with the hen who thinks the woodpecker is taking one of her eggs. Woody makes few attempts to receive the ball back from the protective poultry finally disguising himself as a macho continental rooster whom the hen falls for causing Woody to retrieve his ball. But it doesn't last long.
Description: Woody reads in his newspaper that quail hunting season starts the next morning at 5 a.m. Not wanting to pass up quail hunting, he determines to receive a nice night's sleep but, of course, his attempts are crashed by all manner of distractions such as a flashing neon sign, an obnoxious cuckoo clock (the cuckoo itself is just as obnoxious), and the destruction of Woody's bed causing him to sleep on an "automatic table" which he has many a tussle with.
Description: The large terrible wolf is hungry and thinks lamb-chops would fill his need, so he puts the a snatch of a couple of Uncle Blackie's fleecy-white nephews. Uncle Blackie takes offense at this and dispatches the wolf and rescues his tiny kinsmen. This minor setback has not diminished the wolf's appetite for lamb, so he disguises himself as Tiny Man Blue and sets out once again to receive a lamb-dinner.
Description: Out of work, Woody complains about his not having any living quarters. A slick talking con boy convinces him to purchase some "magic beans" promising they will guarantee him a home. Sure enough, Woody climbs the resulting beanstalk and finds a large castle at the top. Unfortunately, the castle is already occupied by a sleeping giant who Woody eventually outwits, turning his castle into a series of apartments with the giant as a bellboy and Woody as his manager.
Description: After somewhat hectic travel preparations, Anatole and Margot set off on holiday. The cart arrives at its destination, somehow or other, and it’s time to set up camp. But the task isn’t everytime easy and Anatole is literally blown away, inflated like an airbed!
Description: Snow-bound in a cabin, two starving boys start visualizing every another as food, before salesman Daffy Duck calls at their door. The two boys fancy Daffy as a duck dinner and chase him around the cabin. Daffy says them he is a cookbook salesman with a complimentary turkey dinner. The boys allow Daffy go and sit down to feast on turkey, but a group of famished mice suddenly appear and devour the bird before the boys can raise a knife to carve. When Daffy returns to test to sell the boys some after-dinner mints, they resume their hungry chase of Daffy.
Description: After Woody is thrown out of a town park for being a vagrant, Woody deems himself "an outcast" and decides he needs to advance his living conditions. He reads in the newspaper that millionaire Wally Walrus is looking to adopt a baby boy. He dresses himself as a baby and leaves himself on Wally's doorstep. At first, Wally is satisfied as punch to become a father but later realizes Woody to be the freeloader that he is and impatiently tries to exterminate him with a dynamite ball.
Description: Andy is swabbing the deck of his ship when he comes across a stubborn pelican who refuses to move. When Andy finally does rid himself of the pesky bird, it turns out that particular pelican was an expecting mother whose offspring has actually hatched. Feeling bad, Andy does his greatest to care for the young hatchling until the bird goes after a frog culminating in his needing to be rescued from a hungry shark. Later Andy needs to be rescued as well and its mother pelican to the rescue.
Description: Woody is offered a film role providing he arrives at the studio at 9:00 a.m. and *must* wear a top hat. His sole hat is eaten by moths so he goes to Wally Walrus' hat shop to buy a fresh one (and, for once, does not give Wally a difficult time). After a several attempts to receive the hat to fit Woody's head, he buys the hat but it blows away landing on a goose in a meadow. After tussling with the goose, he gets his head back but loses his job at the studio anyway.
Description: Woody Woodpecker and Andy Panda are two (unemployed) musicians who sit in their office without meal sans one last bean that a mouse eats. Fortunately, there is a banquet going on down the road at Mrs. Van Glutton's mansion. The two arrive at the mansion and immediately test the patience of butler Wally Walrus who doesn't appreciate the meal filching methods of the two. Eventually, an enormous meal war erupts with Wally caught in the middle, ending with Wally chasing the two away with a shotgun.
Description: Oil Can Harry captures Mighty Mouse and traps him in the Mohave desert about to be eaten by vultures. Harry kidnaps Pearl Pureheart's father, the Colonel, ties him with a boulder and drops him off the Brooklyn Bridge and into the East river teeming with hungry crocodiles, then he goes after Pearl. The cops were too late to stop him as Harry absconds with Pearl. Meanwhile, Mighty Mouse breaks gratis and clobbers the vultures, rescues the colonel and his daughter and defeats Harry once again. Lots of singing in this operetta! This cartoon was produced in that old radio serial style, with the announcer setting the stage and interjecting throughout.
Description: An orchestra of gnomes (some of whom look like they might know Snow White). As they are testing flowers and another organic instruments in the forest, there are different mishaps, all timed to music. A chef inflates a trussed turkey, which explodes, showering the pixies with different foodstuffs; a bottle of ketchup squirts out one gnome's ears as he plays.
Description: On a cold winter's day, a stray dog is looking for shelter, then finds and sneaks into a cabin with an launch fireplace and a cozy bed. But he has a stinky rival for occupancy of the cabin - a skunk, (but not Pepe Le Pew). The dog and skunk do war by spraying every another with scents, Pepe with his foul odor, and the dog with perfume. Both run outside and dive into a frozen lake to remove the smells, and both catch a cold in the process. The sneezing dog and skunk then decide to share the bed in the cabin. However, it led to Pepe Le Pew's creation.
Description: Slug McSlug, a notorious bank robber, is chased by police after his recent heist. He reaches his country hideout, where he is promptly visited by an uninvited Daffy Duck, who is a door-to-door vendor of a tons of items.
Description: Pa Bear's attempts to hibernate are constantly frustrated by Junyer's snoring, Ma repeatedly opening the window, a persistent drip from the ceiling and finally, the voices of spring.
Description: It's breakfast time, and Pa finds the honeypot empty. Literally risking life and limb, he has Junyer support him raid a nearby beehive. In the end, he finds he could have listened to Ma in the first place, rather than saying her to "Shaddap!"
Description: Daffy is working as a baby-sitter for the Acme Baby Sitting Agency; while he's sitting on a chicken egg, it hatches. The chick decides Daffy is a stranger and he could have nothing to do with Daffy, but Daffy has to catch the chick. Of course, there are complications, including repeated run-ins with Spike the dog, other chicken whose nest the chick hides in, and a high wire that Daffy can't conquer.
Description: Abandoned in the country by his old master, Charlie Dog tries to force himself upon farmer Porky Pig, testing upon his sympathies with a histrionic rendition of the horrors of big-city life.
Description: That most treacherous of all the treacherous cats, Oil Can Harry, tricks Might Mouse with just a small bit of sneering-and-leering treachery and, after binding Our Character to a stump, takes off after Tiny Nell, a woman mouse, who has come to the Yukon country in a helicopter to trade fish for furs (although there is no shortage of either in the Yukon.)Oil Can gets Tiny Nell in an icy predicament, but Mighty Mouse breaks his bonds and flies up, up and away and arrives in the nickname of time to save Tiny Nell. Where is Pearl Pureheart?
Description: A thoroughly thirsty Woody Woodpecker overhears a radio advert for the "Drooler's Delight" ice cream soda. Armed with his only quarter, he heads to the malt store to relieve his thirst. Unfortunately, his quarter is stolen along the method by greedy Buzz Buzzard and a free-for-all ensues between the two over it culminating with Woody disguising himself as a girl to earn Buzz's affections and retrieve his quarter.
