Venezuela has collapsed. The criminal gangs in charge in Venezuela are under the direction of communist Cuba. The plague continues with tiny hope that the unarmed folks can overthrow the criminals in charge. They will cling to power and not relinquish it until they know that there is a credible threat of impending military action.
