In 1997, I followed on camera the fortunes of a group of boys who had selected to wok - either artistically or commercially - with their bodies. This footage soon become part of my 1998 documentary, SEX/LIFE IN L.A.. I'm still in touch with some of the boys in that film, these include: lone battler Kevin Kramer, mature shooting star Cole Tucker, American boy-next-door Matt Bradshaw and mates of the occasional model John Garwood, who died of an overdose in 1998. Some of these boys have successful careers behind them, others have left the sex industry altogether.

The Germans held firm and Field Marshal French ordered the BEF to dig-in as a temporary measure but the line moved but tiny here in the next four years.With neither units able to create headway vs modern tiny arms, the machine gun and fast firing artillery in a conventional frontal battle, the armies raced to redeploy into the uncontested ground north to the sea.

Wellington took advantage of the winter to re-equip and retrain his units for his final master stroke in Spain. In June 1813 Wellington launched his entire units in a rapid push NW towards the Spanish/French border outflanking the French. At Vittoria he beat the main French Units on 21st June and pushed the remainder into the Pyrenees on The French border. He was actually able to prepare for the invasion of France. In all these actions and leading the Units were the Light Division containing the 3 Battalions of the 95th Rifles. It was during this period that they had some of their toughest and bloodiest actions that showed them to be an elite formation.
