Because of that, six Scottish-American former Confederate officers formed a fraternal society that became the oldest and most feared hate group in America: the Ku Klux Klan. At the turn of the twentieth century, a racist novel by other Scots American became a bestseller, and the popular movie based on it, The Birth of a Nation, revitalized the Klan. Now, well over 1,000 hate groups stalk America, including the League of the South, which advocates a separate Southern society run by "Anglo Celts."

I'm sure this movie hasn't been seen by anyone in many years. I happened to wind up with all 6,000 movie reels from Cypress Gardens and this is one that I have scanned from an original reel and place to DVD. I do not have the sound for this movie but it still may be in the collection. The year on the can is now 1942 but this should be in error. It also looks like this movie may have been duped to a newer and safer movie format but the B/W movie quality is cute good. I watch this and wonder if the families of these Aquamaids have ever seen it. I know if my Grandmother or another family members were in this film, I would wish to see it!
