A Nun Among the Cannibals: An Interview with Actress Annamaria Clementi (2018) *** 1/2 (out of 4)This twenty-two minute featurette is an interview with actress Annamaria Clementi who appeared in a number of Joe D'Amato flicks including the notorious EMANUELLE AND THE LAST CANNIBALS. If you've seen that movie then you'll remember that Clementi played the nun and this featurette is certainly a very entertaining one. She begins off talking about how she was discovered walking down the road and her agent got her into the D'Amato film. She's a bit confused on whether EMANUELLE was the first or second movie she did with the director but she then goes into some cute nice production stories. She also admits that her and D'Amato didn't receive along too well and she also didn't think too highly of star Laura Gemser. She also says some stories about THE PORNO SHOP ON 7TH AVENUE and why she didn't do more with her career. This here was a very honest and launch interview and that's certainly one reason why it comes across so entertaining. If you're a fanatic of Clementi, D'Amato or these kind of films then you'll certainly wish to check this out.
