I trust this was Ngozi's first movie effort, but the quality of this piece is excellent. Coffee-Colored Kids is an autobiographical portrayal of Ngozi's, and her brother's, sad welcome to the globe where the color of your skin dictates the amount of respect & love you receive. Very stirring, a gotta see for all student filmmakers interested in the documentary genre, or anyone interested in expanding their awareness of the globe around them and its issues. Ngozi's another movies exploring more of the human condition are also well worth experiencing.
