City of God
City of God, or Cidade de Deus is a project in Rio that became the most notorious part of the city. Buscapé is a poor black kid who is afraid of becoming a part of the gang, but on the other hand is too smart for the low paying jobs that are commonly done in Rio. He grows up in a very violent environment. The odds are all against him. But Buscapé soon discovers that he can see reality differently than others. He is given another chance to redeem him self as a photographer tasked to tell the stories of multiple individuals in this movie.
