Becoming Jane
“Becoming Jane” is a biography type movie about Irish writer Jane Austen. The plot follows young Jane trough her life in Ireland and her troubled life. Young Ms. Austen already sees a world beyond class, and dreams of doing what was then nearly unthinkable – marrying for love, making her ahead of her time. Jane is confronted by her parents who want her to marry to a rich and wealthy man, and intend to last out in their goal. They are aiming for Mr. Wisley, nephew to the very formidable, not to mention very rich, local aristocrat Lady Gresham. But when Jane meets decidedly non-aristocratic Tom Lefroy, love comes to existence.
